Refunds, Returns, and Product Guarantees
We supply the products we do, because they are excellent build quality and simply do what they are supposed to do! However, every now and then something might not be perfect: Factory fault, damaged during delivery, etc. We stand by behind every product we sell to the standard we would expect if we were in your shoes.
If your order is in anyway not what you expect, please contact us and provide all the useful details you can. We will make it right by refund or replacement as appropriate. All the manufacturer warranties will be honoured as if you bought factory-direct.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We aim to have in-stock retail orders shipped within three business days. Occasionally, during holidays or busy times, shipping might take a little longer. If this happens we will promptly let you know the realistic ship date. Transit times are controlled by the shipping companies more so than us, but we work with reliable services that have Australia-wide networks.
When we select a delivery service for your order we do prioritise low rates over fast delivery, simply because bulky items are expensive to ship by nature. Typical transit times are 7 days to metro areas and 10 days to regional areas. If you want something deliver to you fast over cheap, contact us for details. Wherever possible tracking information will be provided. If your order is missing, please contact us and we'll find it!
